Consumer Reports agrees that the New Year is a great time to buy a car and its best-deals list includes the Buick Enclave, Buick LaCrosse, Buick Regal, Cadillac CTS, Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Malibu, Chevrolet Volt, Dodge Durango, Ford Fusion and Kia Optima.
