Mini Convertibles

Remembering the minimalist yet quirky-cute face of MINI convertibles scooting around my college campus, I couldn’t wait for the opportunity to drive the new 2025 MINI Cooper in Savannah, Georgia.

But there were choices to be made, and they weren’t easy: Which MINI models should I drive?

Mini has given the entire lineup a fresh new look and feel for 2025, but thankfully, you can tap into the go-kart style driving and familiar legacy look starting under $34,000.

I ended up focused on the MINI Cooper S Convertible and MINI John Cooper Works Convertible, and felt like I was a young kid, for the first time experiencing the thrill of what it’s like to enjoy driving on your own.

And it was glorious.

This story is 100% human-researched and written based on first-person knowledge, extensive experience, and expertise on the subject of cars and trucks. Additionally, I was a guest of MINI for this test drive, though all opinions and impressions are my own.
