Celebrating 10 Years of Mopar Heaven and the Next Generation of Muscle at Texas Motor Speedway
Mopar Heaven marks ten years of high-performance thrills by bringing together the community and the latest from Dodge

I spend a lot of time behind the wheel, often dreaming about the modifications I’d love to make or envisioning the perfect car for my next adventure. While car fans regularly gather for local cars and coffee, some community events offer much more than a standard car show. Mopar Heaven recently celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Texas Motor Speedway, where Dodge joined the party for the first time to debut the new 2026 Dodge Charger SIXPACK and attract a new generation of fans.
This is where culture and community go hand in hand, and you don’t even need to own a car to be a fan. For the self-proclaimed “Moparians,” the draw is the shared love for creativity, unique builds, and a welcoming atmosphere that invites everyone to enjoy the showcase. It is truly a way of life, and I admire the dedication these owners have to embracing their own version of a thrill ride.
From the high-performance needs of longtime fans to Dodge’s first year connecting with the community on-site, here is everything we enjoyed from Mopar Heaven’s 10th-anniversary milestone.
This story is 100% human-researched and written based on actual first-person knowledge, extensive experience, and expertise on the subject of cars and trucks. I was Dodge’s guest for this event, but all opinions and impressions are my own.
Mopar is a Way of Life: Match Your Aesthetic and Need for Horsepower

Over the last 85 years, Mopar has evolved significantly from its 1940s origins producing parts, vehicles, and equipment during WWII. By the 1960s and 70s, the name shifted from a catalog label to an identity, as enthusiasts began using “Mopar” to describe their high-performance lifestyle.
Ever since, these fans have made it their mission to show that their cars are capable of more than just speed—they have to look good, too. What defines the modern Moparian is a desire for more out of life; they express themselves through everything from raw horsepower and torque to bold “tread mark” graphics and towering lifted trucks.
Founded in 2016 by Dallas/Fort Worth husband-and-wife team Pedro and Barbara Murillo, Mopar Heaven has spent the last decade attracting fans from over seven countries to meet and showcase their builds. It has grown into much more than a car show, offering something for the whole family, including a kids’ zone, drifting on the track, and thrill rides with professional drivers.
The community’s level of dedication has a global draw, but at its heart, it simply brings families together through a shared love of car culture. Between the high-quality parts and the dedicated service, Mopar helps these fans stay connected to the pulse of their community while they upgrade their vehicles into the high-performance cars of their dreams.
The Fan Dedication to Their Cars, SUVs and Trucks is Next Level

With more than 2,500 vehicles on-site, Mopar Heaven transforms into a massive gallery of custom exterior and interior updates that turn everyday drivers into works of art. I loved seeing each owner’s personality shine through their choice of paint or wraps, while the interior details—some of which make you feel like you’ve stepped inside a spaceship—and vibrant, multi-colored light animations set a high-tech tone for the entire event. There were plenty of builds inspired by pop culture, too.
These custom cars, trucks, and SUVs create a unique bespoke-meets-street style that defines the community. Beyond the builds themselves, the event is a hub for making new friends and discovering vendors who specialize in this specific car culture, making it the perfect place to dream up your own Dodge Charger modifications. Whether you’re a dedicated off-roader or a street-performance enthusiast, every category is welcome; at Mopar Heaven, heavy customization is encouraged, and the possibilities are truly endless.
Dodge Figured the Best Way to Get People to Experience the New SIXPACK Was to Offer Hot Laps

Dodge teamed up with Mopar Heaven to introduce a new era of muscle to previous-generation owners, debuting the 2026 Dodge Charger SIXPACK Scat Pack. On the track, professional drivers pushed the 550 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque from the twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six engine to the limit. We didn’t knock down any cones, but our hair was flying everywhere and we all had massive smiles on our faces.
The thrill rides gave HEMI loyalists a firsthand chance to experience how the new platform handles on a real course. It’s one thing to read about specs or sit in a stationary car at a show, but having a professional driver show you the time of your life on a closed track is priceless. I can only hope to eventually learn some of those moves myself, but until then, I’m happy to leave the heavy drifting to the pros.
Car Culture: Indulging in Community Keeps the Moparians Going

We spend so much of our lives in our cars, and if one thing is certain, it’s that this culture and community bring Moparians together every year to showcase their most unique modifications. By tapping into so many different automotive interests, there was truly something for everyone; fans enjoyed high-speed laps and drifting on the track, others “burned their tires off” in the burnout pit, and kids felt like a true part of the experience with balloon animals, custom art, and plenty of space to run around inside the garage.
Mopar enthusiasts show their passion year after year at Mopar Heaven, and the awe-inspiring attention to detail on display feels like seeing my wildest automotive dreams come to life. This community—made up of Dodge Chargers, Durangos, Ram Trucks, and more—invites you to take a closer look, opening their doors and encouraging you to appreciate the heart and soul they’ve poured into their vehicles.
Get Ready to Join the Moparians on the Quest for High Performance

These vehicles are a true extension of their owners, so it’s no wonder Dodge chose this event to share the tire-burning, engine-squealing fun with its most dedicated fans. Mopar Heaven is a place where enthusiasts gather to share what they love today while innovating and planning for even more auto indulgence in the future.
With Mopar Heaven looking to potentially pop up in a second city near you soon, make sure to stay tuned for the news. We can’t wait to see what’s next for this community and the new Dodge Charger SIXPACK Scat Pack. I may not own one myself just yet, but I have a deep appreciation for the affinity for these powerful rides—and the creative expression that connects us all, one motor at a time.
