The hood of the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante is notable for two things: The bespoke winged badge, an enameled piece made by British jeweler Vaughtons, and the louvered air vents at the center of the hood, details derived from Aston Martin’s experience in F1 racing. Together the effect lends to the model’s name, Volante, which means “to fly,” and even standing still, it feels as if it’s about to take flight.

Modern New Headlights Frame the Vanquish Volante’s Face
With the redesign of the Aston Martin Vanquish, the company gave the coupe a new look and modern new headlights. Maintaining the sculpted form of lights inset into the overall shape of the front end, the new lights carry a horizontal look to frame the cube LED lights at the center. The look creates a new signature for Vanquish, and Vanquish Volante.
A New Tail Light Icongraphy That Also Evokes F1
Playing on the visual look of the louvers on the hood, the tail lights on the Aston Martin Vanquish Volante are a departure from those of the past, framing the rear of the car with a fluted look that also adds to the car’s aerodynamics.
