When you find your dream car, it can feel like it was written in the stars.

If you’re not sure where to start, why not look actually look to see where your stars are guiding you? Astrological signs tend to dictate your temperament and interests — so if you’ve always found yourself uncomfortable behind the wheel of a minivan, it might be because your heart yearns for two seats, high horsepower, and some wind in your hair.

We’ve studied the signs, and you can trust we know our cars. So, we’ve made up a list of the very best cars that match your star sign — and why you’re going to love them.

Aries (March 21-April 19): Sports Car

Aries is a fire sign, which means we can expect them to be enthusiastic, daring, and even a little flashy — and they always want to be first in everything. What better car for them than a sports car, something that might sacrifice a little practicality for the sake of fun but that will always match Aries’ high-energy attitude? I know I can’t think of anything.

Taurus (April 20-May 20): Full-Size SUV

Practical Taureans don’t mind splurging for the finer things in life, but they’re also masters of easygoing comfort and responsibility. If you’ve ever had a mom friend, she’s probably a Taurus. That’s why a full-size SUV (preferably a luxury brand) is perfect for a Taurean; she wants something a stable and a little conservative but that can serve them in every aspect of their lives.

Gemini (May 21-June 21): Crossover

Gentle Gemini can tend to feel like they inhabit two bodies at once. Some days, they yearn for the freedom of the open road, and others, they’re practically begging for a little domesticity. That’s what makes the crossover the perfect middle-ground for this sign. A crossover can provide the zip and flexibility of a sedan but offers the space and capability of an SUV without ever having to commit to either.

Cancer (June 22-July 22): Luxury Sedan

Cancer, a water sign, can try on just about every mood like it’s a different necklace and still not decide how they feel before they walk out the door. That’s often because Cancers are deeply sensitive creatures, ones who prize loyalty and carry every hurt to the grave. For this sign, we recommend a luxury sedan fully loaded with all the accoutrements — the sleek body style can help you get away at a moment’s notice, and the soothing interior will help calm you.

Leo (July 23-August 22): Convertible

Flashy Leo, you were born a leader, the natural center of attention — and your car should reflect that. That’s why we’ve opted for a convertible for our Leo loves. The open top and sexy body will allow Leos to command attention at every turn, a standard fixture as the topic of awed conversation. And, after all, you know you want to feel the wind through that mane.

Virgo (August 23-September 22): Wagon

Loyal, practical Virgo can have a hard time accepting their emotions as valid, which can take its toll on their inherently kind nature. Their organization can get in the way of action sometimes, which is what makes a wagon such a great choice for this sign. The low, sedan-like body makes for a comfortable point of access while the stretched-out trunk area provides plenty of space for all your belongings. You’ll never have to worry in a wagon.

Libra (September 23-October 23): Minivan

Libra, we know you hate being alone but that you also enjoy the finer things in life — so don’t balk when we suggest a minivan is the perfect car for you. Behind the wheel and in the rear rows, you’ll find luxurious touches like reclining seats, high-definition televisions, storage space galore, and infotainment systems that aim to please. Plus, there’s plenty of space for your friends along the way.

Scorpio (October 24-November 21): Off-Roader

Scorpios tend to be passionate, assertive, brave, and resourceful, which makes them a perfect candidate for an off-roading vehicle. When you’re overcome with frustrations, it’s time to hit the trail to remind yourself that you’ve always been a capable boss babe who doesn’t need to take shit from anybody. Nothing revives that confidence quite like mounting a mountain with ease.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): Hybrid

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): Pickup Truck

Capricorns suffer no shit. They’re responsible and independent, willing to share their wisdom until they get annoyed with your vague plans and misunderstandings. You like good, well-crafted machinery, and you also kind of like when people just get out of your way. Well, Capricorn, look no further than the pickup truck, which will assuredly be enough to meet your needs and give you that much-needed ability to make progress on any project, big or small.

Aquarius (January 20-February 18): Electric Car

Aquarians tend to be progressive and run ahead of the curve, looking back at the rest of the signs and asking when we’ll catch up. There’s no better boon to that idealism than an electric car; Aquarians will love being the first person they know to adopt this revolutionary technology. Be warned, though — you may come up against hard limits with battery life, but your mutable thinking will allow you to get out of any jam.
