The auto show is back and it’s electrifying!

My friend Alli keeps asking me about electric cars. Which one is right for her? What’s the story about charging it? How far can she drive it? Can she fit all her stuff in it?

She wants to get away from non-renewable resource sucking cars. She wants to be more responsible, more sustainable, more modern in her driving choices. But then, there’s reality.

So I’m encouraging her to attend Electrify Expo, and I’m encouraging you, too.

Electrify Expo is staging its last show of the season this weekend in Austin. But expect it to return in 2022 bigger and better as the electric car market expands.

That’s because this show isn’t just about the future of driving, it’s the future of auto shows, which have always been the best place to shop for a car (you can also shop for charging options, electric scooters, electric skateboards and more). Now, you can see all your options in one place, learn about the differences between them, pick out the cars that are right for you and then take a test drive.

Did You Know All these Brands Have Electric Options?

You might be inclined to think an electric car auto show may have only a couple of cars and a whole bunch of mopeds and skateboards. But, actually, the opposite is true. And it will be come even more true in the next few years until we hit 2030 when most new cars will be electrified.

At Electrify Expo you’ll see EVs from:

Unfortunately there are some brands you won’t see, at least this year, including Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Nissan and Tesla. However, even if you’re shopping one of those brands, this is a great way to learn about EV ownership from charging options to battery range, industry standards and more.
