If there’s anything I really love, it’s showing someone around a car they’ve never seen before and teaching them what it’s all about, from the tech features that’ll save time and effort to how to make rear seat passengers happier and more comfortable.
But most, I love watching as they begin to enjoy all the thoughtful features; the smile grows and the car is filled with pure happiness.
That was our week not long ago as we spent time with DIY maven Veena Crownholm as she tested out the Kia Sorento and shared its features and details with her Instagram audiences and ours. During the test drive we also captured the day in a video series for YouTube so we could share more detail about how the right car can help to juggle everything she does in a day.
It was rewarding to have Kia sponsor this project; we always love the opportunity to partner with a carmaker to tell a deeper story to new audiences and to open new eyes to what your car can really do for you.

Need a New Car? These are the Most Negotiable Cars On Dealers Lots Right Now
The information—and misinformation—around car buying lately is dizzying. So we dug down into reality: What’s out there and what factors are working in your favor? As we all know, if there’s a lot of inventory to sell, you have the hear of the salesperson. Their job is to move that inventory, after all.
So we looked at the cars that have the largest number of models on dealers lots across the country. Turns out, these are also some of the most popular cars on the market and more than a few represent the last of an outgoing model ahead of a redesign, an even more compelling reason to get out there and negotiate. If you’re looking for a good deal, this is a great place to start.

Love Volvo’s Fresh, Modern Design? You’ll Love Our Chat with Designer Lisa Reeves
It’s a special moment when you get to sit with a car designer and listen to how they chose a car’s finishes and materials, what they want you to feel inside the car and about their own journey to become a designer. To get to sit inside the car with them and have this conversation is even better: It’s quiet, there are no interruptions and you’re literally immersed in their work.
That was where our conversation with Lisa Reeves took place—inside the Volvo EX90 while a party roared outside around us. It feels very inner-sanctum and so did everything she had to say. I hope you’ll pop this link into your phone and listen next time you’re in your own car. It’ll get you thinking the space you surround yourself with!
