The New York International Auto Show is not the time for women to kick the tires of new cars – it is Spring in New York , and our toes are coming out of winter hibernation. We are hoping to wear sandals and show off eye-popping nail colors, not purple swollen toes.
But Spring in New York, particularly if you are a mom, is also the time that schools hold fundraising events, gardens and museums have cocktail parties, and dance recitals and soccer games dominate your free time. Who has time to visit the New York International Auto Show in person?
But this year, you can take a pretty cool virtual tour using Google Maps.
The virtual tour can also be used in advance by auto show attendees, who can fully plan out their trip to the car show. After all, there are about 1,000 cars on display; a targeted approach may be the best way to maximize your time.
The New York International Auto Show runs through April 27 at the Javits Center.
