Reimagining the Car Buying Experience: GM’s Shop-Click-Drive

Car dealers who are unhappy about customers going to big box stores or actually using a smartphone to buy a car now face General Motors’ expansion of its online car-buying, called Shop-Click-Drive. The program just launched at all 4,300 Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac dealers in the United States.
