Car Fragrance: Aromatherapy in the Car without the Luxury Price Tag

You know that feeling you get when something smells amazing?
It’s a nice feeling and you just want to keep inhaling all the goodness. When you smell something and it makes you feel good- that’s aromatherapy. Some luxury cars offer it but if you don’t have that kind of budget, not to worry! Here’s how to get some aromatherapy in the car, without the luxury price tag.

Good Things Come in Small Packages.
There’s no need to tote a can of air freshener in the car when you can simply store a few tiny vials of fragrance that will last for a long time. We love the discovery set from Le Jardin Retrouvé, which sells for about $75. This collection of perfume is small enough to fit in any small compartment inside of your car. You get a bundle of 2 ml sprays, and the best part- you can spray onto yourself, your car, or onto a beautiful little porcelain flower!

Ohh la la…
If you’re a sucker for the finer things, you will love the look of the ceramic flowers in the car. The rose reminds me of Chanel’s signature white camellia. I like to place mine right onto the dashboard of the car, above the steering (it doesn’t fall). It’s pretty to look at and with only a few spritzes, the porcelain flower captures the fragrance and lasts for hours.
There are two choices: the rose porcelain flower or a sunflower. Both are pretty details for any space. I keep the rose in the car and the sunflower on my desk. The scents are natural and beautiful- and great mood boosters!

Some of My Favorite Scents for Aromatherapy Include:
- Rose Trocadéro – roses blend with blackcurrant bud, lavender, and musk.
- Jasmin Majorelle – a blend of jasmine, ylang-ylang, lemon of Italy, coriander and iris.
- Verveine d’Eté – a fresh summer scent. Green notes including basil, lemon, bergamot, verbena, and a touch of oak moss.

Each scent is unique and inspired by nature and comfort. Imagine the good vibes you’ll get having that in the car. Aromatherapy can be therapeutic.
