The Red Carpet Never Ends at Chicago Auto Show This Year!
What a great way to get out of the cold and snow this week! Head over to the Chicago Auto Show at McCormick Place to do a little car shopping and have some fun with movie stars, test drives and more. Here’s what we saw when we visited this week:
Our favorite movies come alive at CAS!
Black Panther is breaking all the records and we can see why: This stunning custom Lexus LC has a starring role.
Mustang reproduced the Mustang Bullitt fastback to celebrate the 50th anniversary of this iconic Steve McQueen movie, and you can get an early look at the new Mustang that will hit the streets this spring.
Hyundai will have a starring role in the upcoming “Ant Man and the Wasp;” you can get a preview of the real star, this Veloster. Also, get a feel for what it’s like to drive it on the track in the Forza Motorsport 7 simulator in the Hyundai booth.
You can get a photo with Batman! The classic Batmobile is on display and photo ready.
Get your photo with a Jedi at Nissan.
Yes, it is snowing inside McCormick place, too!
Nissan has staged all its winter-ready trucks, including this customized Titan and the 370Zki, in a snow globe where it snows 6 times an hour. No gloves or scarves needed.
Thinking Spring? There’s lots to inspire your Spring fever
Feel the need for some green? Mercedes- Benz has you covered!
The all new Jeep Wrangler is a great way to get some green—off road and off the grid. The new design is comfortable on road and masterful in the wild, and will get you through the snow until spring is in the air.
Take a Peek at the Future!
Concept cars give us an idea of what’s to come in the future.
Here’s a concept that is coming to dealerships this summer! The Acura RDX is all new and, we must say, stunning.
Get a Little Adrenaline Charge
Take a drive through Camp Jeep’s indoor off road course
And have a little Olympic downhill fun with the Toyota RAV4 Adventure
Don’t just window shop! Drive away happy.
This gorgeous Toyota Camry could be the next car in your driveway.
Forget looking under the hood. Look under the truck! Get a great view of the underworkings of the GMC Sierra.
The Kia Stinger will leave you grinning.
And for those realists who need a beautiful ride, the 2019 Ford Edge is a must see, beautiful inside and out.
The Chicago Auto Show runs through February 18 at McCormick Place. Tickets are $13 for adults, $7 for kids and seniors.
