Keeping Kids Safe With OnStar’s Campaign: Helping Parents Talk To Kids About Vehicle Safety

Onstar Keeping Kids Safe
OnStar's Keeping Kids Safe e-Book is designed to made a difficult conversation easy

Do your kids know what to do in a vehicle-related emergency? Do you?

Having the discussion about how to handle emergencies is a tough one – and one many parents haven’t had with their kids, even though we talk with them about sex, predators, house fires and more.

Onstar Keeping Kids SafeTo help parents better prepare their kids for a vehicle emergency, OnStar and SafeKids have developed an eBook to help tweens and teens be safer passengers. Loaded with tips and information, “Keeping Kids Safe”  is designed to educate you and your kids on how to respond to an emergency in and around a vehicle. You never know when and where an emergency will arise, and it’s important for everyone to know what to do.

Think of it as a parental cheat sheet: it contains step-by-step instructions for a variety of emergency situations from car crashes to vehicle fires, and even has a before and after quiz to let you (and your kids) know how you’re doing.

Great information and great prizes! Yes, prizes!
