Redesign of the Chrysler 200 doesn’t skimp on safety.

When Scotty Reiss drove the newly redesigned Chrysler 200, she touted the midsize sedan’s fresh, sleek looks, tech features and storage space.

What she didn’t know was that the car would also receive the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s top rating of good in the small overlap test.

This recently announced new top rating vaults the Chrysler 200  into the category of Top Safety Pick for overall safety performance. And based on what the car looked like after its crash test, you might think twice about driving a car with a less than stellar rating.
